If Morning Swim is not right for you, email us at
support@themorningswim.com within 30 days of delivery and we will
refund your order in full. You do not need an unopened
bottle — a partly used one is fine, and you do not need
to explain why.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within
5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges,
where they applied, are not refunded.
Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any
time from the link in your order confirmation email, or by
emailing support@themorningswim.com. Cancelling stops all future
deliveries; it does not automatically refund an order
already shipped, but the 30-day guarantee still applies
to it.
Damaged or incorrect items: email support@themorningswim.com with a
photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the
order at no cost.
